Coach Sean is a Navy Submarine Veteran and current Science teacher at Nease High School, where he is also the Head Girls and Boys Varsity Weightlifting Coach. He's been coaching and competing in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting in Jacksonville/St. Augustine since 2013. Over the years, he has helped produce 9 Individual FHSAA State Champions in Weightlifting from five area high schools, multiple USAW State and National medals, and a Youth Pan-American Weightlifting champion. Sean likes good coffee, lifting, hanging out with his family, teaching, and coaching.
